Flex Support Services and Maintenance Options:Providing single-source hardware support for your multi-vendor environment

Post-warranty Flex Support Services and hardware maintenance can support your entire IT environment. Choose from a variety of flexible post-warranty hardware support options and service levels designed to address your multi-vendor environment, including servers, desktops, networks, storage devices and peripherals. We offer a wide variety of maintenance programs designed to meet your specific business needs, including remote support, predictive and preventive support and onsite support.

Features and Benefits

A variety of service levels and coverage options for both parts and labor providing a single call accountability for HP, Compaq/DEC, Sun, IBM, Dell Manufactured Systems with both regional and national support capability, with access to over 6,500 service technicians and an extensive parts depots. We offer standard and customized service levels designed to meet your specific needs, from 24x7 same day service, to 9x5 next business day services. Our warranty upgrade options can enhance your original base warranty during the OEM warranty term for more than 15 leading manufacturers. Operating system software support for most systems is available via our Flex Software Plus services.

Note: Service levels are machine-type dependent, and all levels are not available on all machines. Additional levels of service may be available through special bid.

Flex Support Service Offerings:

Flex Enhanced

(High Availability) 7x24x4 Hour Response

Maintenance coverage for the system(s) critical to your company’s business. This program provide an on-site engineer within 4 hours, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to ensure a quick recovery in case of system failure.

Flex Business

(Business High Availability) 5x24x4 Hour Response

(12:00 a.m. on Monday – 11:59 p.m. on Friday)

Response Maintenance coverage for critical systems throughout the business week. This program provides: 5 days a week x 24 hours a day with 4-Hour guaranteed response, Monday through Friday support with spares on-site for high availability hardware support.

Flex Standard

(Business Week Standard) 5x9x4 Hour Response

(8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday)

Maintenance coverage for critical systems throughout the business week. This program provides 5 days x 8 hours/day with 4-hour response; Monday through Friday support with optional spares on-site support.

Flex Basic

(Business Week Basic) 5x9xNBD (Next business Day) Response

Maintenance coverage on specified system(s) throughout the business week. This program provides 5 days x 9 hours, NBD response; Monday through Friday support with optional spares on-site support

Flex Software Plus

Software/Operating systems support uplift on Basic thru Enhanced levels

Uplift for Flex Basic (5x9) thru Flex Enhanced (7x24) that will provide remote and onsite support services for Software or Operation system environments on most OEM systems that we offer hardware support on.
